I couldn’t hear what the screen was saying, the volume was too low and the person (?) on the screen could not make the volume louder. The lobby door was locked so I couldn’t access an actual live person. When a human came to assist the experience improved exponentially! The person was kind, friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was wonderful. This brand-new resort offers excellent amenities, including mini golf, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, and a beautiful luxury bar and restaurant. It is conveniently located just a short distance from downtown Skaneateles. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The entire property was well maintained and beautifully designed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed at this place, as we were attending a wedding in the area. One of the reasons we booked it was the loungers around the pool. The plan was to hang out by the pool in the morning / early afternoon and read and relax before the wedding. The pool area as shown in the pictures of this place does not exist. It was very disappointing. There was not a comfortable chair to be found to read outside and relax."
