- a balcony and a large 30 m² terrace with a view of Mont Blanc, perfect for dining outdoors, round out this apartment.

Always available but never intrusive.

Ideally located in the city center, leave your car in the garage and enjoy the streets of Chamonix on foot. Everything is nearby, which will make your stay all the more enjoyable (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.).

Please note that this accommodation does not have a parking space. You will therefore need to park in one of the paid parking lots (Mont-Blanc, Médiathèque, Patinoire, Place du Poilu, or Parking de l’Outa).

There are two bus stops near the apartment:
- Mummery stop, Line 1: takes you to the Flégère aerial cableway in Les Praz de Chamonix or to the Les Houches ski area.

Place Mont-Blanc stop, Line 2: takes you to the Bossons Glacier or the Tour ski area.
