You’ll also appreciate its location, less than a 5-minute walk from downtown and the Brévent ski lift—especially after leaving your car in the residence’s parking lot, where it will remain for the duration of your stay.

Located on the 2nd floor, this apartment features 3 bedrooms. Although the bedroom with the bunk beds is less spacious, it is also suitable for adults. You’ll have a bathroom, two toilets, and a sink in the master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to fully enjoy Savoyard flavors, especially thanks to the raclette and fondue sets provided. Unfortunately, the fireplace isn’t functional, but that doesn’t detract from the warmth of the living room, which features a large TV and Amazon Fire TV. A functional laundry room is also available.
All that’s left for you to do is enjoy the sunset while sipping a glass of wine on the balcony.

Easy to reach by car; you can park in the designated parking lot and then get around on foot. Whether you’re setting out on a hike, heading out for a day of skiing, or going into town, everything is within walking distance.
The bus stop, located a 5-minute walk from your apartment, allows you to travel for free throughout the rest of the resort and even down the valley.

Just a few steps from the Brévent ski lift, where you can enjoy breathtaking hikes in the summer—notably to Lac Blanc—and beautiful ski runs in the winter. You’ll also find paragliding operators at the Brévent base, with whom you can take flight for a dream-like experience.
Just a 5-minute walk from downtown, though the walk back is a bit more of a workout than the walk there. Unfortunately, that’s the price you pay to enjoy the incredible view from the apartment.
