"Staff was exceptionally helpful. While I had a hard time knowing where to park, once I got to the reception area staff provided the pass for free parking and gave me instructions on how to reach the appropriate lot. Location is exceptionally good. The hotel itself is quiet but I could not put that in the rating because the night I was there, there was loud music two blocks away that went on until 23h on a Thursday night. "El personal es muy agradable y muy detallista, el hotel esta cerca de una zona comercial con restaurantes y un parque, pero en la parte baja de la ciudad por lo que para visitar la fortaleza hay que superar un considerable desnivel. La habitación un poco vieja, el mecanismo de cierra de la puerta un poco extraño tienes la sensación de dormir con la puerta abierta. La conexión WiFi gratuita pero funciona falta, se corta o simplemente no conecta. El parking del hotel pequeñito pero con zona azul...
