"Stayed here for 4 nights. The house was well equipped and very clean. Communication with host was great. A lovely gesture by the host leaving a bottle of prosecco and box of fudge. Very close to the beachfront, which was great as parents are almost 90 years old. Didn't realise the caravan park was directly in front which was our main view, small view of the sea could be seen from balcony. "The house is light, modern, clean, spacious and has great entertaining spaces. It overlooks a caravan park, but we knew this and that was fine. The major issue was that the washing machine is broken and it fused the electricity of the house mid-cycle with a full load of my kids’ clothes (sitting in dirty water). "Very spacious, well resourced property. Comfortable for a large family gathering and providing a home from home. Disappointing to find that bbqs were not allowed. Situated down a narrow access road, which proved difficult at times but within easy driving distance to Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. "Ideally located adjacent to Challaborough Bay. Easy access to sandy beach and West Coast footpath for amazing breathtaking views including NT protected areas. Caravan size perfect for us as a couple but maybe a bit of a tight squeeze for 4 adults or older children. Facilities including cooking adequate but lacked some basic housekeeping items but following a text to the owner, I was advised where to find them.
