We left comment with Hotel.com’s check-in survey online before we went for breakfast. Oat found us, inquired our problems & fixed everything before we returned to the Hotel in the evening. "This hotel has exceeded my expectations, very good! Pictures didn't do it justice, it is actually very well maintained. Friendly and polite staff, room is big enough, affordable price. Gym of course is small, as well as the swimming pool, in which we didn't use both. Very clean and tidy room on arrival, allowed us to check-in earlier. One downside is, the air conditioner dripped a lot when we turned the temperature up from 16 to 20 degrees celsius one time."
