"They were very polite. The environment is safe and comfortable for the price they charge. The floor needs to be cleaned better, as my socks turned black from the dirt. Otherwise, it's fine. My 10/10 goes to all the staff there regarding customer service—they were very kind.

"What a hidden gem!!! This hotel is literally steps from the beach and exceeded all our expectations.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms come with a full kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need.
After our first stay, we enjoyed it so much that we booked again the very next weekend. This time we upgraded to an ocean-view room, and wow! It was absolutely worth the extra money. Waking up to the sunrise and the sound of the ocean made the experience even...

"Great place to go with your buddies on an adventure, or a cheap date with the girlfriend, but pictures over sell it. Its dark in main bedroom and needs a serious remodel on both interior and exterior. Trim was destroyed and falling. AC works great, nice view of the beach but its just feels very dated. Valet was slow and expensive."

The housekeeping and hotel staff from parking attendants, to bag check, front desk, restaurants, cafe staff, towel and pool attendants - outstanding. A special shout to the beach staff especially - Cameron and Luis. They were so helpful and attentive. I travel all over the world, I rarely encounter great service, it was so refreshing to experience people that care."

The property is very cute with a lot of lush, tropical landscaping. Staff, courteous and helpful. We were in great walking distance, nightlife, and fantastic restaurants.
