"The girl on the front desk was amazing for our stay polite and efficient in attending a bathroom matter when our room wasn’t serviced as requested. The shower didn’t stop from flowing through our bathroom we had to use towels to mop the floor and left them for the cleaning staff. We had to ask the girl for the room to be cleaned and she asked the staff to clean the room. Other than the bathroom the suite was great and good undercover parking. "Friendly helpful front desk, clean room, great very clean shared common kitchen and bathroom. All in all i liked the hostel vibe and the fact that other guests were friendly and up for a chat. I will stay again next time i am in Canberra. Ps very affordable too of course "
