"The property is located in a residential area about 750 metres from the nearest metro station. The property is well maintained and the apartment was well supplied. The elevator is small allowing only one person at a time if you have 2 or more pieces of luggage and you have to climb more than 10 steps from street level to get there. There are grocery stores about 400 metres from the property. You can easily get to everywhere you want to go in Athens using the transportation system."

"Was a good area, not a tourist area so you got more local prices of places to eat and shop, close enough to walk to the tourist attractions or take the bus. Athens is a big metropolis city so you have the typical big city issues, like traffic, street work, homeless people. Overall good stay"

"We thank The Athens Project for upgrading us to the apartment we thought we had booked. It seems that hotel.com wasn't clear and the details stated an apartment not a room. Anyway the manager upgrade us and a relief because I had just twisted my ankle. The apartment was great ,clean and new. The area has less tourists with alot of authentic restaurants.Best to get a taxis to the Acropolis And thanks Maria for you charm and help."

"Needed a hotel close to the hospital where on of us got a broken arm set. The neighborhood is not very good but the hotel was new and outstanding and the staff were very accommodating. It was close to the metro too."

"Really good in general. Our particular room had a lot of small details that looked unfinished or badly thought out. Number of the floor written in pencil on a wall. Doorframes and plinths with visible glue/foam. Shower without a curtain or glass pane got everything wet. And a weird triangular shape of the bathroom felt weird. It's just details, but the sum of them made an otherwise great visit lose the 5th star."

"El hotel en si no ha estado mal del todo pero voy a mencionar varios puntos que se podrían mejorar. 1. En la ducha no tenia soporte para colgar el mango de la alcachofa de la ducha. 2. De los 4 enchufes que tenia la habitación había 1 inoperativo, y de los otros 3, 1 en el pasillo que hace 1 enchufe en el pasillo? y los otros 2 estaban tapados por la cabecera de la cama la cual tuvimos que mover... 3. Teníamos que entregar las llaves en recepción si queríamos que nos limpiasen la habitación...
