"It was a wonderful little spot, and I'd definitely stay for a day or two, but it doesn't have all the bells and whistles for a week-long stay. The continental breakfast is the most basic I've ever seen, but I brought my own oatmeal, so all I needed was hot water and juice. It is good for the budget, though, and definitely a lovely place. I was only there for two nights and overlooking the golf course, which was rather entertaining while I worked. Yes, I'd stay again."

"I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...

"Pictures were deceiving, box springs were stained all over with rips and tears, tub was not up to par and had left over hair and bugs. Stains on walls and ceilings, property is covered in cigarettes. We walked in and walked out, front desk staff was the only thing worth a better rating, she was great and completely understanding and issued a refund instantly."

"We arrived at the Budget Inn a little before midnight on a Friday night. We only stayed one night on our way to the Westerly beaches. The property and the room were clean and the staff was helpful with providing directions. It’s a secluded location with not much around or much to see, but it is clean and safe. There aren’t many amenities and very little soap, shampoo, etc. We wore shoes in the shower because although the bathroom was clean, it was clearly old and well used."
