"Nice reception area and a wide range of breakfast choices including a nicely cooked hot buffet. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well laid out for my stay. The shower was spacious and there were plenty of towels and shampoo, plus soap dispensers."

"Simon was a very polite host but we had a few issues with our stay. The apartment is near a nightclub and on one night had to pass our way through the crowd to enter. It wasn't just the noise from the nightclub but also pigeons in /behind the bedroom wall which made it very hard to sleep. We told Simon who kindly offered us another room but at that point we'd decided to leave early. Whilst the place was clean and tidy it had poor shower pressure, limited storage and a faulty TV. Maybe we were...

"Great location. Cute little was helpful after a long day of travelling we just wanted to stay in. Super old hotel With lots of creaks and the lift was out of service for my mum but we made due. Location is very close to high street and Exeter cathedral"
