"I have stayed lots of times for business over the last year as its a lovely hotel with air conditioned rooms for a very reasonable price. I took my family last night for the first time last night as its unfair i have been to drayton manor and my children haven’t (the kids words not mine). Me and my wife have 4 children making hotel stays difficult, i thought i had got adjoining rooms when booking and after a phone call last week to check this was arranged, i was told there was none available and...

"Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. "

"Fabulous for a brief overnight stay to break our long journey from the South West to the North East. The facilities looked fantastic but sadly didn’t get chance to make full use of these as it was a flying visit for us. Will definitely stay again and hopefully get chance to enjoy the dining and spa experience next time. "Nice Clean room staff very nice and friendly welcoming only things which could be improved on are the main carpets in corridors look a little tired but room was spotless and faultless. spot on and excellent value for money and no tea and coffee in room but they have made it free from bar downstairs. Id stay again without hesitation breakfast under £10 very good too "

"I had an enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I only used the accommodation as I was visiting family and spent my time at their home. The cabin was comfortable and clean, and the location was restful and quiet. I would very much like to stay again when visiting my family."
