"It’s a serene and quiet environment away from the hustle in Birmingham town. For me it’s perfect location for getaways and steal a moment to get to the busy town and back. The staffs are welcoming, lovely breakfast and oh the amazing landscape with a good field. "

"Bed had a spring mattress which I didn’t find too bad but my partner woke up with a bad back. There were drip marks down the walls and the shelves in the bathroom were rusty. I just think for the setting it’s in these little things just make such a difference. Just not the best rooms really. Food was delicious and the breakfast was delicious. "

"We liked the rural location for the quiet, but it was only a few mins from the M42 so convenient for driving around Midlands. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Half Board Dining was very nice for breakfast and evening meal, with a good food selection. We didn't like the stairway to rooms 20-25 as this was quite steep and the stairs narrow; not good if you have mobility issues or if you have large suitcases. "My real concern with staining at this hotel is that it was not mentioned on Hotel.com website that this hotel is a Naturalist hotel. Everyone was naked. I left early!!!!"

"Will def ping this place for future visit. Clean, modern, well kept and great staff who went out of their way to help us with off site parking even though they were not obligated to. Despite arriving at midnight, wee were courteously taken care of and sorted out. I’m really picky about hotels and this is keeper!!!! Great job. "

"Great location for ease of access into the NEC - it’s literally 100 yards away. You can store luggage at the hotel whilst at an expo which is really handy. Car park is a ten min walk round the lake and you get discounted parking from the hotel if you use their car park. Breakfast was really good and lots of choice. Rooms were really comfortable albeit the aircon is really efficient! Other than that was a great stay. Super comfy beds and lovely bedding "
