"Despite having booked Citystyle Executive in Braddon and checking that we had a 2b2b unit, we were emailed with less than 48 hours notice that we had been moved to another apartment 500 m away which was a 2b2b. We were told that the Braddon site had no 2b2b units at all. Whilst we got an appartment which suited, there was a water leak in the bathroom, damaged blinds and a lack of security locks to keep the sliding exterior doors open and secure. We did however love the location and Canberra"

"Location and reasonable price. Friendly staff and free breakfast. Parking space is limited first come first serve. Lift access to all floors. Good room size and comfortable bed. A quiet room with garden view. It was a pleasant stay at Madison."

"When I first checked in, I felt like I was interrupting the staff. There was nothing welcoming about it. Also the bedding arraignment was not what I requested. The cups in the cupboard were chipped and one was dirty. "

"The Avenue was a great city stay, our room was comfortable, staff were very friendly and car parking was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again .."

"Convenient location, close to shops and eateries, spacious apartment and friendly staff are the pluses. The decor and furniture are a bit dated. The bath tub had a crack on the outside and was mended by a tape. Servicing was to be provided every 3 days. We stayed for 4 nights and staff kindly helped arrange servicing after 2 nights when we requested. Overall we were satisfied given the favourable pricing. "

"Great location, we walked to dining options as well as shopping. Rooms are comfortable and the pool, spa and sauna were very much enjoyed. Breakfast was also a wide selection of hot and cold, international buffet"
