"The room was exactly like the picture. Overall it was a very good experience. There’s no interactions with staff because everything is done online from checking in, paying for parking, upgrades if you decide to add and right down to checking out. No waiting in line. Many cute shops and restaurants are nearby."

"We loved our place at the Long Beach Suites! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly want including a washer and dryer. It is so close to the beach! We loved sitting in the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. I didn’t realize I needed to checked messages through Expedia in order to check in. Once I figured that out, it was pretty easy. And the text messages were super helpful. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back!"

"Lovely property with character and within walking distance to the shops and downtown area. I'm a taller guy so I'd make sure you pick a room that isn't the Mary Read. The shower was tight for me being over six foot but the room was great. Gentleman who you text for checking in/information was super helpful and very responsive. Would definitely stay there again."

"Very clean Inn and room. Recently upgraded room. Was a little different than most places...there is no staff at the main entrance. You are given a code shortly before check in that gets you in the building and your room. There is a phone number that you can call if there is any issues. Great place and real good price considering how close it is to the main strip and ocean (within walking distance). Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at...

"The pool is being renovated, so it’s was closed. One reason why I booked as it’s really hot weather. Expedia needs to keep updated. Hot Lobby no elevators or any help up the stairs. I was on 3rd floor. Dirty carpeting on stairs and hallway. Room smelled of cigarettes, checked to see if they could change room and the person I spoke with said she had just been in room and didn’t smell anything and offered to spray some air fresh. I declined as I have asthma. Later as I was stepping out to eat,...

"Love this place! Have stayed here several times over the years. The room was nice with a good view of good harbor beach. Staff was very nice and accommodating, my only complaint was that upon arrival my room was already sandy including the comforter on the bed and a dead fly or two in the bathroom."
