"Very very friendly personnel. Very good price quality ratio... we loved it. Next time we will be in the area we will definitely choose the same hotel..."

"It is close to everything. The only downside is the parking. Hard to find parking"

"Breakfast "

"muy buena"

"Perfect hotel The lady at the reception is an absolute treasure. Outstanding service."

"The reception was good, the people in charge AMAZING I would just suggest paying attention to the details like I was given an empty box which should have had personal cleaning stuff inside and the tissues box was also almost empty. Also the TV didn't have Netflix as suggested (I think due to the WiFi signal strength) but these are minor things I could have fixed just by asking. Breakfast was good and location for public transportation too. For Essen Messe the location isn't fast to get to unless...
