Patrick and Lamla (spelling?) were terrific and looked after us like family, even driving out to buy me some zamaleks when the hotel didnt stock it. Rooms are spotless and attention to detail terrif. "Wow! What a great last minute booking that saved us. We was created upon arrival by one of the staff and the customer service from the very start right to the end was outstanding. The hotel, grounds and room etc was decorated beautifully. Could have stayed here all day enjoying the garden and pool area even just the room it was that nice and breakfast included was exceptional and really filled me up all day until the evening. Highly recommended hotel we will come back and stay here 100%"
