"We had a wonderful stay at this Best Western location. The check in staff was friendly and welcoming. The suite was very clean and perfect for our family of four. The kids were disappointed to learn that there was no swimming pool, but they enjoyed their stay. There is a river directly behind the hotel that allows swimming and there are life vest rentals. "The owner is very kind and friendly. When I asked how to get to the airport, he kindly gave me several directions. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was my first time in Canada, and I had a very comfortable and relaxing time. I would definitely stay with him again if I come to Niagara again."

"Everyone was so welcoming. Met John upon arrival and couldn’t have been more accommodating. Joyce who greet you in the morning and takes your breakfast order is the sweetest, nicest woman I could’ve stayed and talked with her for quite a while. Ping, The cook and baker is unsurpassed as far as other B&B chefs and I’ve had some good ones. The bed was comfortable, had an independent air conditioning unit on top of the Central air, which we only needed at night. The location is ideal. The first...

"B&B très bien situé dans une petite rue d’un quartier calme et résidentiel, maison avec beaucoup de charme, parking gratuit, chambre confortable et excellent petit déjeuner préparé par les hôtes. Et à 10 minutes à pied des chutes et des différentes attractions… Que demander de plus ? "

"Amazing inn, right where the canal and event was, very comfortable suite. Won’t be advisable for those with mobility problems going up/down the stairs. Otherwise, everything was cozy, perfect venue and host was very friendly and helpful."

"The hotel suite was amazing, large and modern. I suggest you purchase the buffet breakfast with the booking, otherwise it’s $25 at the hotel. It’s the same breakfast you’d expect at any hotel chain that is free. The restaurant food and bar is great and open late. Parking is $5 per day. "

"I luv the hotel, everything is right there and the room was nice and clean. The problem was it seems like after you check in you really get no help. I called front desk about the internet not working, it took twice of me calling before anyone answer (which is not a problem it gets busy) but when he picked up the phone kinda off than rushed me with his answer and hung up in my face. Now usually i would've went down and confronted him but i let it go and we went without internet for the boys...

"Ted et son épouse son des hôtes extraordinaires. L'accueil était chaleuseuse et ils nous ont servit un excellent déjeuner. Endroit très paisible et sécuritaire directement au bord de la rivière. Ted and his wife are extraordinary hosts. They greeted us with warm welcomming smiles which continued all threw our stay. Breakfast wast prepared and served by them. The place is very clean, safe and right accross the street from the river. Well above expectations!"
