"What a superb little place! We absolutely loved it here, we had room 202 which had 2 little balconies, one with table and chairs which was brilliant for people watching. Everything was immaculate, very comfortable bed, good shower with shower gel and toiletries and the whole place smelt so nice. The location couldn’t be any better, excellent value, we will definitely stay here again when we’re next in Alicante."

"This is a lovely very old building which just oozes character. The location is brilliant for the old town. The staff were lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Soft drinks in the cool fridge were a nice touch. The shower was good and the toiletries were very nice. The small balcony was nice to sit out on. Breakfast was good and included in the room tariff for us. We had room 103 and would happily stay here again. "

"L'hotel ha una posizione fantastica, a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus per l'aereoporto, dal centro e dal mare. Esternamente e' una costruzione vecchiotta ma le camere (fino al quinto piano) sono state appena ristrutturate, sono pulite e spaziose. La colazione e' abbastanza varia con affettati, formaggi, uova sode, yogurt, 4 tipi di brioches frutta, cereali e bevande varie. Lo consiglierei senza dubbio. "

"Fantastisk beliggenhed, lige midt i det pulserende liv i centrum. Vi kom meget sent men med god instruktion fandt vi nemt den dejlige seng i et fint værelse. Den eneste lille ærgrelse var, at køleskabet ikke kølede og ikke kom til det i løbet af vores ophold. Internet var heller ikke prangende, men kunne nogenlunde klare almindelig maillæsning men ikke download. Et ophold her kan klart anbefales. "

The hostal is set in a very convenient spot in the city, very close to the beach, castle and museums, and with plenty of dining options. The room was bright, clean and well equipped. Check in instructions could be more clear, but would definitely recommend. Tip: a door code is emailed ahead of arrival, but you need to remember the # key after the number.
