"We loved the location of the hotel that we could jogging through the park and river and also use the hotel bikes. The staff was amazing!! They gives us a lot of recommendation for my birthday celebration and they helped my boyfriend to surprised me. The room was really nice, clean and great amenities. The only feedback I have is the mattress is too soft. We have a beautiful experience with you! "

"We spent 5 nights at Sandman West while we were waiting to take possession of our new home. We had a suite with a kitchenette on the main floor, which was ideal as we had our dog with us. The room was large enough that we did not feel crowded, had adequate amenities that we felt at home during our stay. All the staff were great, from front desk to housekeeping to the general manager. A special shout out to Joseph and Olessia who were immensely helpful and engaging, we appreciated their support...
