"It was a quiet place to stay. I had came in town for an emergency with my 4 year old and 7month baby. All hotels was sold out for July 4th in the area. The outside of the house is a little Sketchy but once inside I felt safe because there were three security locks to each door and the rooms were double locked. I only came to sleep and during the day I was gone mostly. I would recommend just bringing your own towel and wash cloth and soap lol. But I would definitely recommend someone to stay here...

"Large bathrooms were great. No mini fridge in the room was pretty disappointing. Ice machine was also broken on our floor. Otherwise, comfortable beds and great pillows. Parking situation was terrible. Parking staff are rude and lot is full most of the time"

"We loved how close it is to the Prudential Center. Just a very short walk. The place was clean, comfortable beds and helpful staff. Was disappointed that there was not a restaurant on site even though the description said it did. I don’t consider a Starbucks as a restaurant. Otherwise it was great, there are nice places to eat close by recommended by the hotel."

"Not very well maintained and expensive. The bathroom had mold between the tiles and the water from the shower leaked onto the floor despite the door being closed. The room is very small but that’s to be expected of NYC. The location though is great being half a block from Eataly and Madison Square Park, and a short walk from subway stations. There is no rooftop bar as advertised. Helpful front desk staff."

"Stayed three days, during July 4 extreme heat. Management has the air conditioner scheduled to turn off at set intervals such that the room was about 80 degrees for the first two days. After repeated complaints the system ran the last day to achieve desired reasonable temperature. The management saved a dollar or two on energy at the expense of my comfort. "I was under the impression that you can use the fourth floor seating area to take pictures and hang out. But it is connected to the restaurant and the restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel and they do not allow you to sit out there just as a paying room person. I was a little disappointed in that. Also, the room had some mechanical issues knobs on the faucet, and the shower didn’t work properly."
