"The property was a pretty stay. When first arrived it was clean, it was pretty. However the housekeeping didn’t come to the room once to clean towels, nor change the sheets. They charged my card for things i had no idea about until the end. To eat, you have to get charged extra and the room is already expensive."

"The room was very clean, comfy, and spacious. There is no free breakfast, but there are restaurants inside the hotel that serve breakfast and a place with coffee and tea choices. There is a free shuttle to Graceland every 30min. For the most part you don't have to leave the resort unless you want too. The free PB&J and chocolate milk was a nice evening snack after the Elvis movie. The pool looked refreshing, but we didn't get it. The grounds are very nice. Great stay!"

"I am extremely disappointed with the condition of my room and the overall experience during my stay.
After a long flight, I checked into my room around 2:00 a.m. and immediately reported scratches on the wall so there would be no question that I was not responsible for the damage.
