"I am overwhelmed at the thoughtfulness and kindness of the manager of this property Cliff. He went above and beyond on my short stay here!! He offered the staff wifi when I couldn’t get connected. He welcomed me when I checked in late and was so tired. He got me a fresh breakfast when things were out and delivered to my room. He really changed my way of thinking of a super8 on a last min stop. I cannot rave enough of his commitment to his property and management!! Thank you!!"

"Very nice stay! This is a small hotel but has everything you need. It is older, so the furnishings can use some updating, but it was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great, better than some of the bigger hotels we stayed at! It also has a pool which was really nice since we were experiencing temperatures in the 90's. It is conveniently located right near I-85 and is also close to some shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!"

"Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff."

"The hotel lodge was n beautiful. Lodge room was old and outdated. Restaurant food was not great but you are held hostage up on the mountain. Food at the salt pond was dreadful. It was a fun experience but a one and done. Staff is friendly but communication is not good. After 2 nights finally realized maid service was only on request. Never communicated. It was a memorable trip because of Dirty Dancing but will probably not return."

"The room was immaculate and comfortable. The staff were nice, especially Kim, who prepared a delicious breakfast each day. The only reason I scored it a 4 instead of a 5 is that breakfast was an additional charge that I did not realize until our arrival and housekeeping texted us about our needs and I requested fresh towels that we never received.
