This place is a dump! Hotel and room were filthy and breakfast was the worst I've ever seen.

The room was filthy! I had bugs in my room, all over the walls as well as bodily fluids. (I took pictures to share with the hotel and Expedia) unfortunately the staff wouldn’t help with a refund for atleast one night. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The pictures speak for themselves. I would highly recommend not staying at this property. It’s very unsanitary & I can’t believe it passes health codes. So disappointing all around. Room 235

On a hot muggy day the hallways were without air conditioning and swampy. The room was as well when we walked in. We ran the air and it got better but the mugginess was pervasive. Skip the “breakfast”. Not a good experience. Location was close to the school.

The inside was clean but the halls had a little odor which was almost musty and need to air out. The outside needs a paint job and some tree trimming and a few other things.

The facility is dated but clean and the price is very reasonable. Our trip was to visit family in the area and we travel with a small dog. They have a nice area for pets to do their necessities. My only complaint is there could be handicapped ramps at all entrances. I use a walker that is also a transport chair and without ramps it limits my access to the building and makes for a long walk to the room.

The best I can say about this place is that we had a clean comfortable bed. The room wasn’t horrible but there was hair in the tub, and the freezer was full of frost. The bathroom also had rust and bubbling paint. The pool and hot tub were old and needed cleaning. Also the pool was only 4’ deep,

Needs renovation, as if the the rooms are not being inspected. If you have no other options and just a place to sleep yes, other than that you have to force me to stay on that hotel location. Hope this is not representation of all the locations.

The front desk person and the cleaning people were friendly. The property overall is run down. The room furniture was badly worn. I found several insects in the room, including cockroaches which I reported to the front desk. The treadmill in the workout room was out of order. The breakfast buffet was minimal so I didn't bother again after the first day. A disappointing stay. The staff were the only good point.

Though an older building, everything my room was clean and functional*, the bed was comfortable, particularly the pillows! Pool and hot tub were open and functional. Breakfast needs to be eaten in the breakfast area or it incurs a charge, which was inconvenient. *My door was broken on the initial room I was given (key card wouldn't open it) but I was quickly given another. I was accidentally double charged (by expedia and the hotel), but this was resolved the next morning and the people at the desk were helpful and it was not a hassle to resolve, and I should have paid better attention the night before on whether I'd booked a "pay at location" or not on Expedia. I read a lot of reviews about difficulties with a deposit, but I was not charged one.

I choose this hotel because of the price, college move in weekend drove the prices up everywhere around. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra price for a nicer place than this. Very little quality at the Quality Inn. Walking into the hotel the strong chemical smell of deodorizer hits you instantly. The check in process was long and painful with one very poorly trained staff member. Once I got into my room I realized why they need the strong deodorizer, to cover the smell of musty stagnant water smell. The bed linen was clean as well as the towels. That’s the nicest thing I can say about the whole experience. Checkout was equally painful as check in, only the same very unqualified desk staff member was MIA for a solid 15 minutes. Check out time is 11:00 and there’s a sign that states you must return your room key at checkout or you will be “charged extra” and they left the desk unmanned durning the prime checkout time. I do not typically leave poor reviews but I would like to save others the trouble of figuring this out on their own.

There really wasn't breakfast. All that was available was toast and cereal. There also wasn't more then 10 guests in the property when I stayed but I was put in the absolute last unit at the end of corridor on the second floor which was a really far walk from the elevator. I had a ton of bags that I ended up just carrying up and down the stairs because the elevator and walk were even more of a hassle. It was a quiet place, but don't really feel it was worth the money.

We stayed here for the pool, so my child could swim, and it was extremely cold. Like too cold to even get in! The hot tub was green and they didn’t have towels stocked in the pool area either. Our coffee pot in the room had a rotten pepper in it. Had the pool and hot tub been warm and clean, the stay would have been perfect.
