"The hot tub was great! Coffee so so. My husband gets up @ 6am. Me @ 8 a keurig is much more user friendly when only 2 c of coffee are needed. Nice & quiet but still close enough to town. Disappointed there was a burn ban so no fire pit. We understand burn bans as we are E. Texans. But since it has been in effect since Oct. 14 I feel it should have been stated in your description. We were looking forward to sitting outside. Oh well……."

"The place was quaint and cozy. We had a great time in Fredericksburg. The only complaint that we had was the bed was like sleeping in a taco. I had to sleep on the edge of the bed and my wife was stuck in the middle. The second night my wife slept on the small couch because of the back and neck pain she experienced from the bed. One thing that the place could not control was the neighbors played their music supper loud waking us up. I will not returning to that location again."

"We loved our stay at this little cottage. Perfect for a long weekend. We enjoyed the serene country setting, yet just minutes from restaurants and shopping. The cottage is perfectly charming. I loved the clean white interiors, the bed was comfortable and the mini kitchen hidden in the cupboard was unique. The loaf of homemade banana bread was the icing on the cake. We will definitely stay here again. "

"El desayuno terrible, los panes tenían mold, le comenté a la chica del desayuno y los quito. Pero no me sentí segura de desayunar en ese lugar. La habitación que me habían asignado en el primer piso olía terriblemente a humedad. Afortunadamente me pudieron hacer el favor la chica del front desk de cambiarla. La nueva habitación mucho mejor. "La habitacion estaba bien, esperaba mas, no me limpiaron la habitacion tuve que sacar yo la basura La señora del mostrador con un trato muy frio El Check inn y check out fue rapido El Bar lo cierran muy temprano Todo el lobby muy bonito El Hotel estaba limpio, a la habitacion le falto limpieza No me ofrecieron galletas como lo han hecho en otros double tree En general estuvo igual que en otros hoteles, esoeraba mas "

"I come often but Unfortunately, it was not what I was expecting, I had a situation, I got a three bedroom condo , it was good but was in the second floor , with me was someone with physical limitations but even a request one unit first floor, that was not available, well I understood and took the condo second floor , very next day a lot of people checked out and because of that I requested another room on the first floor or getting another in the first floor , After checking if it was available in the Expedia app , it was available something better in the first floor , I did request it sending a text message to the concierge lady called “Tracy” she answered right away saying she will ask room manager, I told her also I will pay extra money in case I needed, I asked for manager name Tracy concierge lady , she said “ CHARiTY” and Tracy said she will call me as soon she arrive to the property, she never call me , but she texted saying the rooms were dirty or occupied at that time , I replied saying I can wait to one get clean and I mentioned that was one available according with the Expedia app .. She said no , and she gave me not the best answer, she said I need to check very well what I want before making a reservation, any was I replied ok , and then few minutes later another manager called PATRICIA send me a message telling me she was the room manager and it wan no room available for me , of curse I did not reply back to this manager called PATRICIA …No Good Experience!!!!"
