"Amazing place to stay. Daphne, the owner, greated us and gave us a tour of the place. There was a parking spot reserved for us. The pictures of the B&B are accurate: immaculate, clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. We booked the Maple Suite - Waterfront with Sunset View. The room and bathroom had everything we needed. "Excellent place to stay. We had picked a two bedroom unit but they upgraded to a three bedroom. Equip with everything you need. You just need to bring food. Fridge, stove top, microwave, & dishwasher. Everything fairly new. Beds comfortable, 2 Bathrooms with showers. TV in every bedroom. Best choice I made."

"We had a very enjoyable weekend stay at Matisse B & B while visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake. There were 3 rooms available and the one we were in was very clean and comfortable, with an ensuite bathroom. The B & B had most items a regular hotel would offer and at an affordable price. "The host is incredibly kind and friendly. The place is so clean and neat, and very tranquil and beautiful neighborhood. Very soft and clean bed linen. Less than 20 minutes from the pretty Niagara on Lake downtown. "

"The property as a whole is definitely old and showing signs of that, could use some TLC. The first floor smelled like stale smoke but the upper floor did not. My room was big and the bed was very comfortable so I slept well. The bathroom was ok but clean. The breakfast was amazing they serve pancakes, eggs and sausage, also they had pastry’s and drinks. There is a room upstairs with a fridge and some drink so it was nice. Overall very good experience besides for a few thing I would change."

"This property was beyond my expectations. The place is gorgeous with amazing breakfast. The staff are very friendly and great service. Our room had three balconies. Great views, and a short distance from the busy areas will definitely stay here again."
