An easy 15 minute walk downhill into beautiful Fiscardo but the hotel also operates a regular shuttle bus to take you down or bring you back . "Avithos resort looks as good as the photos. Chose this resort because of the kitchenette so that I could make food in the apartment and it didn’t disappoint. The kitchen has everything you need, except they don’t provide washing up liquid and sponge. It was lovely sitting out on the balcony for dinner or a drink. The local tavernas do takeaway food if you don’t feel like cooking but want to eat at the apartment. The swimming pool area is lovely and relaxing, no fight for sunbeds and plenty of...

"This accommodation is everything you could want for a holiday. The only downside for us was the location as it is on a main road which is very busy, noisy and you can often smell the fumes. But because the accommodation is so nice this didn't get to us too much and we enjoyed our stay."

The room and hotel is immaculate and has stunning views over the Ionian Sea. "Las habitaciones son de 3 estrellas, la recepción y el restaurante de 4. Son muy amplias pero el mobiliario es muy antiguo. Reservé 2 habitaciones, en total eramos 5 personas,en la de 3, el tercero dormía en un sofá, duro como una piedra, pedimos una colchoneta y nos la trajeron pero no hay derecho que tuviera que dormir así porque pagó igual que los otros. Personal amable pero eso no es suficiente para mantener una categoría de 5 estrellas, es un engaño."
