"We stayed here for a weekend away with friends for a Hawkeye football game. Price was fair, owner was easy to reach and responded to questions about places nearby to eat after a long drive. Three bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with linens provided was great for less to pack. Neighborhood is a little run down but don't let that deter you from this home! We would stay here again."

There were only two towels. It is a house in the process of refurbishment. There is incomplete subcontract work and materials everywhere. Despite what was listed, it lacked a grill, jacuzzi, and other items. We booked a "new listing" in February, and the house was not ready for renters by May. We were not to know that,...
