"Good location and clean. Lots of stairs! Garage only fits small vehicle. No response when messaged owner on day of arrival about where to park when our vehicle did not fit in the garage. Parked in a lot that appeared to belong to the building and woke up to a sticker slapped on the driver’s window that we could not park there. Other than that, good stay"

"This is a great place to stay. Close to Traverse City, Frankfort, Riverside Canoe trips. Walking distance to great places in downtown Beulah and Crystal Lake. This place was clean and much bigger then we expected. We had 4 adults and one teenager in our party and we had plenty of room. The private yard was very nice, hot tub, grill, fire pit were all great ammeneties. The kitchen was fully stocked, linens were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything was exactly like described, and so much more. This rental is extremely clean and inviting to anyone that wants to explore Traverse City. Great location to everything. The owners are AMAZING and will make sure that you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would give it 10 stars if i could!"

"My wife and I had the privilege of staying here for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary. If you are looking for somewhere quaint, beautiful, secluded and surrounded by nature, this is the place. The Dunes are within walking distance. Downtown Empire and downtown Glen Arbor are both only a ten minutes' drive; while these towns are both small, there's no shortage of good food and wine."

"Karen was a great host! We enjoyed being able to walk to all of the local stores, coffee shop, and restaurants. The Traverse City Lighthouse and Fishtown are only 15 minutes away. Lots of great hiking trails with 15 minutes as well. The VRBO is a large studio unit. As advertised, there is no TV or stove. We would definitely recommend if these are not necessities for you!"

"My wife and our little Frenchie stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. It was awesome to be right in the heart of downtown Suttons Bay and watch it wake up and go back to sleep. We wish we had discovered the attic fan switch earlier because at night, when we opened the bedroom door and had that on, the bedroom cooled so fast! The back bedroom stayed a little warmer than the main room so a fan would be a good thing to pack."

"I would definitely stay at this location again. Went up there with a co-worker and was working in that area the convenience of it being right where we were working was great. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with multiple appliances to make you feel like you're at home. Smart TVs throughout the house was nice to have. In the communication between the host and I was great."
