"This property is stunning both inside and out. Truly an oasis in the hills of Tuscany. House is fully stocked and pristine. We had the best time and would highly recommend. One bit of caution is to ensure you take the right road (Via di Monte). Check google maps before you head to the property and make sure you take the right route. "The place is in the middle of a huge green area, ideal for those who want peace and quiet location. We were in group of 19 and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Marco, the owner, is very attentive to all details and always around to help. House ammenities were a plus for those rainy days when we could not visit sorrounding Tuscan cities."

"Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen, in welcher uns Paolo bei Bedarf immer tatkräftig unterstützt hat, trotz sprachlicher Probleme (sprechen kein Italienisch). Die Aussicht war einfach nur schön!!! Beim Frühstück oder auch während des Tages diesen Ausblick, auf diese herrliche Landschaft zu genießen war einfach grandios! Einziger Makel waren die Mücken! Das Haus war gut ausgestattet, eventuell wäre ein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern und Türen angebracht. Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir trotz der Mücken...

"Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ideal unter Pinien in Marina di Castagneto Carducci. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber zweckmässig. Schade ist, dass man Bett- und Frotteewäsche selbst mitbringen muss. Das führt zu zusätzlichem Reisegepäck. Nicht ganz zufrieden waren wir mit der Sauberkeit, insbesondere der Küche. Der Gesamteindruck ist gut und wir werden das Haus wieder mieten."

"Semaine au top on a fait Volterra, Livourne, Pise, Sienne, Lucques, Florence, les Cinque Terre, Bologne et Modène, une semaine bien riche en visite depart 9h du patin retour 20/22h Seul hic au logement escaliers exigus (à la japonaise), le lit parental on a dû échanger avec ceux des enfants car très mal aux cervicales/dos et il manque un micro onde, autrement impeccable logement très bien situé"

"wir verbrachten 12 Tage als Familie bei Filiberto und Anna Maria und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr sauber und geräumig. die Küche ist zwar etwas spärlich ausgestattet ( Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Pfeffer,Salz, Müllbeutel, Küchenrolle sollte man mitnehmen) aber im Grunde genommen hat man alles was man braucht. und wenn was fehlt wie z.B. Wasserkocher, dann einfach nachfragen, Filiberto und Anna Maria sind total...
