"Our family has stayed at Karl’s house multiple times now and it’s a great place and location. We particularly love the large upstairs kitchen, dining room and living room space for our large family gathering of 13 for meals and socializing. We usually split between this house and the shoreline in for easy beach accessibility. Super easy check-in and check-out process. We hope to book again for next fall. "

"Overall a great place. Loved the decor and warmth felt in the house. However!!! Trying to access the property from the street was dangerous!!! There is no railing up the so called stairs to the gate. Rather than trying going down or up this way, we walked through weeds on so called grass until we felt safe to access street. This could potentially be a lawsuit in the making "

"The amenities were 4 star hotel quality. I have never stayed in such a well equipped house and everything is top of the line. Loved having 2 king beds. Our friends thought it was too soft but there is a 4” foam on top which they just removed and then loved the extra firm bed. Perfect place for visiting wineries."

"This property was in a great neighborhood, and near some of our favorite restaurants. Debbie (the host) makes sure that you know exactly what is expected of you as a guest. The house was very clean, which was appreciated, since I felt like she cared about taking care of her guests.
