"We had just a short 3 night stay. All the extra little touches made our stay special. Such as; A bottle of wine to welcome us, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and ice machine for us to use anytime. Free happy hour drinks gave us a chance to meet people. The location was perfect for walking to Duval St restaurants and shopping. Kevin and Heather were very good to us. "

"This condo was perfect in so many ways. The location is beautiful, quiet and so relaxing. After a bit of a travel challenge for our arrival it was so nice to wake up in the mornign and have what we needed to start the day - coffee and tea!Alec and Lucy were such wonderful hosts. The communication was flawless throughout and they checked in to make sure everything was working for us. If there was a 6 star rating I would have gone with that!"

"Owners are on the property all day. Rooms were stocked with everything - right down to night lights in the bathrooms and extra fans (ceilings & floors) in all rooms with A/C which made the rooms VERY comfortable, as much bottled water you needed WITHOUT charge, the free snacks in the office were out of this world, the pool was VERY clean. Love the hospitality by the friendly owners - we would definitely stay here again!!!"
