Host was prompt with providing needed info for check in. The townhouse had everything we needed for four adults and two young kids. Very comfortable and clean. Didn’t watch much tv but the living room was comfortable for all of us to settle in for the evening. Location was great and should we need lodging again for this much family under one roof I would absolutely rent this place again. Absolutely a great stay!

Location of property and amenities on site were great. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. The owner was somewhat responsive, but did not acknowledge several messages about ants throughout the unit. I mentioned we cleanup a lot of ants in various locations of the house.

Great place for family gathering. Kayaks need to be replaced. Kitchen stove front burners heat settings did not regulate properly - always too hot. The lagoon was amazing! Otherwise, all was great.

A Weekend In Key Largo

This villa was perfect for my family trip to Key Largo. The property was clean. The property grounds were nice. Check in was very easy and communication with the owner was easy too. We will book this location again next time we are planning to Key Largo. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Wonderful community!

Loved the location and amenities. Easy access. Property is nice. Lots of stairs. Little things need repaired like lamps and light switches without knobs. Ceiling fan only runs on high. Otherwise I would rate it as perfect!

Great Place, Great Hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Mostly we wanted a place to disengage and rest and this provided that. We enjoyed the area restaurant and found the locals to friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the jetties and watching the sunsets. Damaris - our host communicated with us several times during the week to make sure everything was ok.

Quick Family Getaway

Fun trip. Wish we had a couple more days. This VRBO was in a nice location with access to the water. The kids had fun fishing from the jetty and the swimming area and pool were relaxing. The living area was clean, kitchen was in good shape and beds were comfortable. The available kayaks were not appropriate for the ocean (one had a leak), but that was minor. There were no carts available to rent and the walk back and forth to the water in the heat (8-10 min) can make things a little more complicated if you want to stay out by the water for a couple hours, but the two available bikes were helpful. Overall, this was a nice stay and the kids wanted to come back.

Very cute townhouse

Wonderful townhouse in gated community. Was perfect for myself, husband and 7 kids. Beds are very firm but we enjoyed the facilities and I must say their guard staff is the friendliest we have encountered and we live in a gated community. Lots of wildlife and quick access to the keys!

The condo was much much smaller than it looks online. There is no third bedroom. There is a room with a bed, no window and no door which you must pass to enter and exit the unit. Many things did not work. The upstairs bathroom smells like a sewer. The other two showers were so small you could not turn around. The stove burners only work on high no matter what temperature you select. The floors were filthy. The stairs are very narrow and steep and you must duck to avoid hitting your head. The complex has a gate and the gate attendant is rarely there causing a long delay to get in and out. This is advertised as upscale…I did not find that to be the case.

Family Fun

Lots to do. We had some issues with appliances as we do cook when we vacation. Our host was nice, but was not good at responding to texts or phone calls. The place was very clean and well stocked.
