"Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful."

"I had a cozy little room, just the right size for a single guest, and it had a cute balcony. The blinds on the window and on the balcony door looked nice, but didn't block much light, so bring a sleep mask if you need darkness to sleep. The glass doors to the walk-in shower were a bit sticky, but so what- I prefer that type of shower to one with a bathtub. The free coffee and muffins in the morning were a plus."

"It’s a cute little historic hotel across the street from the American Revolution Museum. Very close to all the historic sites. The bed was extremely comfortable.. we slept the night thru! Shower was nice and warm and very nice. Room temp perfect! Breakfast was ok, but they did have waffles and whipped cream!"

It felt like coming home to our own place after walking around the city. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The 3rd floor amenity floor was gorgeous - beautiful green terraces to hang out on, a spacious and clean outdoor rooftop pool, hang out spots that were empty every time we visited. "Everything was so perfect, the only place clean in Philadelphia( in that area)was my first time there, but honestly if I have to go back, I’m not hesitate to stay there again! Keep it like that!! I’m in love with the hotel!!"

"If you are planning on modern, then this is not the place for you. However I think it was worth the price I paid. Include their daily parking fee in with your reservation. There is literally no place to park. I think the cars in the free spots are glued in place because they have not moved since my arrival. Kestrel parking is a small space so beware if you drive a large vehicle. The only changes, that could improve the stay for me was nicer towels and a heavier blanket. I will reccomend...

"Good central location with excellent transport links. Close to lots of restaurants and bars and the main tourist attractions. The hotel staff were all very friendly. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and great shower. We were at the back of the hotel which was very quiet."

"If you advertise as a hotel you should have someone on call 24/7. Called and left a voicemail around 11 pm and there was no response. Clearly even if you dont want to staff the front desk overnight someone should pick up the phone and answer voicemails."
