We had a fireplace with firewood and hot tea ( it wasn't warm outside).The only small things that I would add the hooks on the inside of the shower and change a shower nose. On the porch we had a hummingbird feeder and a beautiful calla lillies so we were wathing them all morning. They have a restaurant on the premises with a farmers...
