Perfect for city explorers and history buffs, this apartment is a comfortable retreat amid Catania’s lively atmosphere.<br><br><br><br>The apartment is approximately 37 square meters with a loft, located on the first floor of a building. <br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br><br><br>-> LOWER LEVEL<br><br>- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, oven, and kitchen utensils), double sofa bed, dining table, and Smart TV;<br><br>- BATHROOM with shower, sink, and toilet;<br><br><br><br>-> UPPER LEVEL<br><br>- SLEEPING AREA with double bed, single sofa bed, dresser, and coat rack.<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning via heat pumps (a single split unit), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. <br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: There are steps leading to the apartment entrance. <br><br>The sleeping area is on a loft. Please note that there is a flight of stairs—please exercise caution if traveling with children. <br><br>There is one step to access the bathroom, a small step to access the area with the double bed, and one step to reach the area with the dresser.<br><br><br><br>The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other guests.<br><br><br><br>We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in.
