A charming 100-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, located on the eighth and top floor of a building with an elevator and stairs (NOT suitable for people with disabilities). The apartment features a wonderful 80-square-meter terrace with a view of Mount Etna and is strategically located in a quiet residential neighborhood, equipped with all amenities, and well-connected to the city center.

The apartment features a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace.



The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a sofa, armchairs, TV, and access to the terrace;

- DINING ROOM with dining table;

- KITCHEN with small gas stove (2 burners), refrigerator, moka pot, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, various kitchen utensils, side tables, split A/C, and access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, dresser, closet, split A/C, PRIVATE BATHROOM (with a chromotherapy shower, sink, bidet, and toilet) and access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, a clothes rack, split A/C, and access to the terrace;

- BEDROOM III with a double bed and a dresser;

- BATHROOM with a whirlpool tub, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- TERRACE with a covered area featuring small tables and chairs;



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split-system in the kitchen and in bedrooms I and II), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



PLEASE NOTE: The fireplace in the living room is NOT usable.



Please note that there are a few steps leading to the elevator. The elevator goes up to the 7th floor; from there, you’ll need to take a flight of stairs.



The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and how to pay the tourist tax (€2.00 per person/night).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Catania Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: EUR 25

From 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM: EUR 30

Check-in after midnight is not possible, even for a fee.



In the event of improper waste disposal in violation of the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of €150 will be charged.
