The apartment is spread over two levels: the first floor and the first floor (no elevator). The interior layout is as follows:

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Catania Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.

ATTENTION:

Please note that there are several steps, arranged in two flights, leading to the accommodation; inside the apartment, please note that there is a marble staircase leading to the second floor, as well as additional steps to access the bathrooms inside the bedrooms. Please exercise caution if traveling with children.



The apartment is located in a particularly convenient, very central location, very close to the main historical and tourist attractions —all easily reachable on foot—and is equally well-served by public transportation, thanks to its proximity to the subway (the “Stesicoro” stop).

Definitely not to be missed are the Cathedral of Catania, with the Elephant Fountain in the square in front of it; the historic fish market; Piazza dell’Università; the Ancient Greco-Roman Theater; and the Teatro Massimo Bellini. Also worth noting are the Benedictine Monastery—the second largest in Europe—and Castello Ursino, dating back to the time of Frederick II.

Then take the 504M bus heading toward “Dante” from the “Sangiuliano Etnea” stop, get off at the “Clemente Minoritelli” stop, and walk just a few steps to the property;



-From the Catania Centrale train station, you can reach the property by taking the metro from the “Giovanni XXIII” stop toward “Stesicoro” and getting off at the stop of the same name, then walking for about 8 minutes;
