"We had a function in Margam Park and the Barn was an ideal venue to stay overnight. The bedroom was really cosy with a large bed and the breakfast was a continental with lots of choice. We met the owner who was a helpful and friendly host. We will definitely stay again."

"Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. "

"The knights is a great place to stay..i had 2 friends over from galway for the one night,,Service great,staff very good and friendly,,Rooms great..food and drink was great..My both mates loved it as well..would recommend to anyone....Well done 12 knights and i only live up the road,,Had to stay with my friends as they came a long way to see me...."

"When we arrived there was a rugby match being shown in the lounge area on the televisions. There was a very noisy crowd which made it difficult to hear the reception staff. The bedroom was on the second floor above the noisy lounge and when the rugby finished a very loud live band started playing which we could hear in our room. The bedroom was very large and well decorated, the ensuite was clean and the towels were big and fluffy. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was...
