"The shower was leaking water in 4 places and difficult to operate. Water ended up going everywhere. The shower was extremely high to step up into. My other coworkers commented on this for their rooms too. The room was never cleaned or freshened up in a Mon- Fri stay. They kept asking for tips at the bar even for one drink?"

"The hotel, staff, location and food could not be faulted. We were visiting friends who had moved to the village and they recommended us to stay at The Heyford. We are DEFINITELY coming back.
