"Flying visit on the journey home to the U.K. from Krakow. Arrived gone midnight and had to leave early so didn’t get to spend much time there but the reception staff member was very helpful; the room was beautiful and clean; lovely bathroom with huge walk in shower; grounds looked amazing. Such a shame I couldn’t stay to enjoy it more! "

"Viajo en coche eléctrico y elegí este hotel porque tiene cargador. Pues bien, avise por mail, que nunca contestaron, y al llegar había un coche de combustión aparcado en el espacio de carga pero además no había ni un hueco en el parking del hotel, así que tuve que aparcar fuera. "

"We had the loveliest time at Park Villa. The room was lovely and incredibly clean. Breakfast and evening meals were delicious with good variety (we loved the seasonal options and vegetarians are well catered for). Staff were incredible.... amazingly helpful and accomodating. The hotel is a wee way from Wupperal section but there is a regular bus service within easy walking distance plus taxi's. From there, regular trains run to Dusseldorf, Cologne and Essen. A real find! "

"Hotel is good and location is great. Reception services are poor though. I was charged 9.50 euros for access to the gym - which would have been fine because the gym is great. The issue is reception never told me about the charge in advance - it suddenly appeared in my final bill. I also tried to do an early checkin which they didn’t allow me even with the hotel clearly not fully booked. Another traveller came by reception and got an early check in for a fee, which was never offered to me. In a...
