The living room is large and equipped with table and chairs for 8 people, TV, and two armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with a table and chairs for 8 people, hob, oven and refrigerator and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms (each with window), both with shower, and one with washing machine. The furniture is comfortable and practical an also includes two fold out beds. The villa is characterized by high ceilings and is very cool in summer: just in case, however, there are fans in the bedrooms for guests and there is a single air conditioner in the main corridor between all the rooms. Despite the lack of private parking, there is ample free public parking in the area. This apartment is suitable for families with children who want to go to the beach without crossing the main road.
