"Les points très positifs sont les services proposés (produits de toilettes, linge, ménage et disponibilité pour répondre aux questions, … ainsi que le vin à l’arrivée), l’emplacement de l’appartement, la climatisation, la possibilité de stationner à l’intérieur et son jardin avec terrasse. Concernant l’appartement il est spacieux et l’équipement est suffisant, même si on peut regretter la petite taille du réfrigérateur et la douche un peu étroite."

"Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. "Wir waren als Familie mit 7 Personen. Die Villa ist sehr schön und neuwertig, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Der Pool und der Garten sind toll und war perfekt für uns als Familie mit kleinem Hund. Die untere Etage ist nicht ganz optimal, da dort das Bad über eine Pumpe läuft, welche nachts etwas störend ist, wenn das WC benutzt wird. Aber wir waren trotzdem rundum sehr zufrieden. "Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.Der Check-in mit Diego war sehr freundlich und es wurde alles ausführlich erklärt. Auch bei einem Problem ( Arm im Ort gebrochen) war Diego telefonisch sofort erreichbar und gab Hilfe für die medizinische Behandlung.Dafür an dieser Stelle nochmals "mille grazie". Der Pool war sauber und die Villa funktional eingerichtet.Es fehlte an nichts. Wir können dieses Domizil weiterempfehlen."

"Great location in a quiet part of Toscolano Maderno with the lake a 30 second walk away and a 10 minute walk to the town along the lake front and a 5 min walk to a big supermarket. Villa was spotlessly clean, plenty of space with 5 bedrooms (6 if you count the office/ bedroom off the main lounge). "Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat!"

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit mit unserer Familie und haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt .Wir konnten ungestört feiern,ohne,dass sich jemand gestört gefühlt hat . Das Haus liegt an einer Straße, die recht viel befahren ist, so dass das Schlafen bei offenen Fenstern für geräuschempfindliche Mieter etwas gestört sein kann. Für uns war das kein Problem. Die Villa hat sehr viel Charme und man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause, das Highlight für unsere jungen Leute war der gepflegte Swimmingpool!...

"Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kindern, insgesamt 8 Personen in diesem schönen Haus. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen, die Vermieter sind nett und zuvorkommend. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Die Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern und von der Terrasse fanden wir sehr schön. "The property is rusticly beautiful and the location is excellent being right on the lake. We enjoyed the paddle board, kayak & ring to splash about on the water. Although the kitchen is dmall, it is very well equipped. The three toilets & showers were clean & modern. The beds large, comfortable and rooms are spacious. We had 9 adults and often lost each other being spread over multiple areas The host, Irene, was amazing and very, very helpful."
