The cottage was ideally located close to Panzano, where it was easy to park to go shopping at the market on Sunday and to eat out in the evening. "This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

"Das wunderschöne Anwesen hat uns von vornherein begeistert. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, die Zimmer und Bäder waren großzügig und sauber. Wirklich fantastisch ist der grosse Garten, in dem wir ganz für uns waren. Nachbarn hatten wir fast nicht gehört. In der Nacht arbeitet der Rasensprenger, die Wäsche sollte dann drinnen sein. "Mooie woning, mooie spullen die aantiek aandoen en prachtig zijn, mooi landschap eromheen en veel ruimte. Alleen de wifi leverde af en toe wat problemen op, maar Mr. Giulio (de eigenaar) snelde echt met een oplossing en een snellere verbinding proberen te bewerkstelligen. Echt een aanrader dit huis."

The only complaint we really had with our stay was that it is probably not the best place to stay during the summer months when it is 95+ outside. The villa has no air conditioning and even the fans they provided us did not prepare us for the heat inside even late at night.
