This beautiful apartment with shared swimming pool is located in a villa from the sixties in a hilly area near Sassetta, at an altitude of 500 metres.

In the villa, there are three apartments. This charming apartment has been comfortably furnished and is equipped with all amenities. In the charming, well-appointed kitchen, you can, of course, prepare a delicious Tuscan meal during your stay. The fireplace provides pleasant warmth on cooler days. Enjoy the sun and a good book outside or take a refreshing dip in the pool, which you will share with the other guests.

You will find shops and a restaurant in Sassetta, 1 kilometre away. For a day of sun, sea, and beach, head to Marina Castagneto Carducci, 12 kilometres away. There is also a unique botanical garden here, which belongs to the owner. This garden is only open to guests and is worth a visit. Don't miss visiting the cities of Pisa, Lucca, Piombino, Livorno, and Grosseto.

Heating is optional and to be paid on site at the local rate.

Guests are kindly requested to follow local rules regarding waste. In case of violation, a penalty may be charged by the owner.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately Max. 2 extra bed(s) possible for EURO 10 per person per night
