"AHastings in Feb is anything but glamorous, but...the B&B was warm, welcoming and gloriously friendly. The best was big and comfy and twh breakfast was ample, well cooked and hearty."

"Our room was spacious, comfortble and clean. The breakfasts were very tasty and substantial. We ate dinner in the restaurant where the food was delicious with generous portions. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend and would happily stay there again."

"This was an attempt to put a modern air bnb approach to an old hotel industry.
Reception was manned only when you called, entry was by digital number pads and the rooms were quiet.
Centrally located and walking distance to the seafront. Will definitively use again."
