"From the check in with Vance, to the breakfast crew in the mornings (really sweet hospitable folks), to the friendly housekeeping staff... Everything was what I needed it to be. I have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again. Only downfall, there was no pool; However, I didn't come for that, so all was still awesome."

"Honestly being right by te airport was kinda cool, watching the planes going in and out, and occasionally some military Jets. And it wasn't too loud, after 11pm it seems the airport shuts down. The staff was excellent, super friendly and very hard workers. Wonderful free breakfast, nice hot tub and pool. And you can get a decent workout in there little workout area. If you dont have quarters with you for the laundry they can give you change. I recommend nice place"

"This hotel is perfectly fine. I know that might sound like a three star review - it's not. The rooms all have kitchenettes and for a family visiting Portland would be great value for the money. It's not in town but it's near the airport. You'll need a car to get around. It's a little on the older side, but it's clean and the rooms are big. There's even an ice maker in the fridges! You can borrow anything you'd need to cook a nice meal from the cabinets in the lobby and wash up in the dishwasher....

"Room was nice and clean. Staff at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Front desk staff could improve on friendliness. Parking was horrible. Apparently the parking lot on the north side of the property doesn’t belong to the hotel so you can’t park there.. I had to move my car and the only spot available was way on the other side of the adjacent Best Western hotel. There is no signage on the north side of the Spring Hill suites that says you can’t park there. I only found this out as the...
