"We stayed two nights at the Osbourne aparthotel Eastbourne Check in was super easy and the front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful, not only at check in but throughout our stay. The first floor apartment itself with its high ceilings was well designed and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, we felt at home straight away and cooked a lovely meal without any problem what so ever, just what we wanted. The bed was super comfy and the shower room excellent, again everything...

"The staff were lovelylovely powerless. Ibdid not have heating in my building. The staff could not help with the non existent heating, provide a heater or alternative room. However I was refunded, but this did not compensate the inconvenience caused.on my second night I didn't sleep because there were very noisy drunk German students having a party until 3AM. I was forced to find alternative accommodation for my third night as the staff informed me that she couldn't guarantee it would be quiet...

"What a great guesthouse, Selina and the team can’t do enough for you. Place is spotless clean, great facilities and the breakfast was a treat each and every morning. Parking can be an issue after 6pm but otherwise perfect stay for 3 days, thankyou "

"Had a very lovely greeting from the lady behind the bar, was only too happy to show us to our room and fill us in on all the things we needed to know. Super friendly and outgoing and the room itself had a wonderful sea view and was very comfy and clean. An excellent stay over for anyone looking for a little seaside retreat for a night 👍 thanks we will be back! "

"Great location close to promenade and theatres, spotlessly clean and a very spacious room with king-size bed. Good breakfast. We just stayed one night to attend an event and will happily return. Very good value. Be aware that the parking permit supplied by the hotel does not cover the spaces in Howard Square - there were valid spaces on the seafront a short walk away but it would have been great if the hotel had been able to supply a map of these."
