"Es un hotel muy bonito, en un area muy bonita, el personal amable. Sin embargo la habitación que nos asiganaron estaba en un piso que no tiene elevador y asi es complicado cuando llevas maletas pesadas. El transporte publico pasa cerca y a solo 10-15 minutos se llega caminando al centro de Richmond"

"The property is very nicely looked anfter and finished to a very high spec. The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated in Richmond and is close to everything. The only downside was to discover that it costs £20 per night to park the car! However the cost of the hotel was reasonable so not a disaster. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon."

"Needed a quiet place for a work trip. Convenient, clean, comfortable with great views and nice surroundings. The room was spacious and clean. Complimentary cookies were very good… Highly recommended and I will come back if I have the opportunity."

But the most improvable thing, from my point of view, is the wifi service: why MUST I log in via Facebook? ( I tried, but I was unable to log in. The other "option" was to fill-in a document with personal data). It was a rather negative point in an otherwise nice- and a bit pricey- stay."

".A la llegada descubrimos que estaban en obras en el hotel.Haciendo el check in,preguntó por el ruido y la recepcionista me contesta que es solo d 9:00am a 17pm ..Le digo que ese horario no es compatible con nuestro descanso ,viajando con un niño d 6 años y me dice que cancele la reserva (sin posibilidad de reembolso los 520€ x 3 noches ,3 personas ).Fue una mala respuesta,esperaba que nos diera una solución,como buscar una habitación lejos del ruido ya que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío...

"So i have given everything on this hotel and my stay in this place 5 stars all around. Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. The staff were really good and helpful i didnt feel i needed anything more for the amount this cost me. Thank you to the gentleman who were at reception and were a friendly bunch. My son enjoyed his first visit to London and...

"Excelente para lo que pagué, el hotel a mi me gustó mucho y me funcionó para lo que necesitaba hacer. El desayuno era incluido lo cual fue un buen plus a pesar que estaba lejor del mismo centro de Londres, pero en realidad mi destino era a Richmond lo cual me quedo cerca. Le falta un poco mas de fachada y una mejor recepción pero en General sí quieres algo barato y bueno. Puedes elegirlo. Saludos"

"I had the bad idea to left my wheelchair at home, I just took my walker with me (bad idea). I was exhausted when I arrived at the hotel, they were absolutely kind and helpful.
I knew there was a lift, but I didn't know there is something to help people who need assistance to overcome the entrance.
Once I arrived upstairs I was breathless, and they were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't help me because they were busy with other customers, and they didn't see me until it was too late.
The customer service is 10 out of 10.
The decoration of the whole hotel is new
Our room was small, anyway the space was enough, my mother missed a table where charge her phone, but everything was ok.
I'll come back for sure.

Sus instalaciones son sencillas, pero limpias y cómodas, el desayuno es muy bueno, generoso y súper completo.
Si quiere evitarse el trajín de las maletas por Londres, este es el hotel para hospedarse."
