"Das Hotel ist wirklich toll. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend begrüsst und auch das Zimmer war wunderbar. Eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung. Das interne Restaurant/ Bar war aber eine Katastrophe. Service schlecht und auch das Essen nicht gut. Dies wirkte sich auch aufs Frühstück aus. Das Hotel hat aber super reagiert und ist uns entgegengekommen."

"A perfect base to discover Troyes. The hotel is next to the museum of modern art (definitely worth a visit) and the cathedral.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly.
There is limited parking on street at the side of the hotel. It was very hot when we visited and the excellent air conditioning in the room was a sleep saver. And speaking of sleep, or room had a large comfy bed.

"This is a wonderful hotel situated in the heart of Troyes. The team are very welcoming and we received a complimentary room upgrade which made our stay even more special. The hotel has a warm and friendly feel, everywhere is extremely clean and tidy and the breakfast is amazing. Highly recommended."

Nous avons cependant été agréablement accueilli. Le personnel est à l’écoute de nos besoins. Les chambres sont sophistiqué et plutôt propre. Je recommande et je reviendrais !"

"We had an amazing stay in this lovely hotel. So quirky and full of character. Beds - amazing, best sleep ever. Walkable everywhere in Troyes old town, plenty of restaurants and cafes on your door step, grocery shop 5 min walk away.
Lovely owners and housekeeping girls. Will definitely stay again as we are in this area often visiting my husband’s family. Definitely recommend!"

"Antiguo hotel cerca del centro histórico.
Habitación pequeña para 4 personas pero para una noche nos apañamos.
Cuando hicimos el check-in ,a la vez entaba otro grupo que se alojaba en el mismo piso que nosotros y se oían todos los porrazos y el ir y venir de una habitación a otra.
No sé si lo recomendaría, la verdad.
Por lo demás, Troyes nos encantó "

"We had a family room with two single beds and a double in a separate room, which was ideal. It was comfortable and in a great location, easy to walk in to the centre. We reserved parking and it was secure behind a gate. Jeremy behind reception was helpful and friendly. I would return. "

"Very old building but with so much character. We only stopped overnight but as a family of 5 it was perfect. Clean and lots of space. Shower needs updating and a bit of soap would have been handy but otherwise great. I’d stay again!"
